A long time ago at my university, I have co-founded the Freitagsrunde, because there was no active Student representation in the computer science department.

Later I found the experiment Piratenpartei quite interestring and so helped to build up the Landesverband Berlin. Well… you learn things as you get older. At that time I had hoped, that the pirate party could bring knowledge about computer science into politics, but also could be a vehicle to bring Liquid Democracy, kind of as a Trojan horse, into the center of our political institutions.
